Volunteer For Ataxia UK – Ataxia

Volunteer For Ataxia UK

Ataxia UK simply wouldn’t have the same impact without the ongoing and generous support of our volunteers.

From people who help run our local Support Groups, or help out at numerous fundraising events, we aim to provide a range of opportunities that match people’s skills and interests.

In late 2019, we were awarded funding from the National Lottery Community Fund to further develop our volunteer projects for people affected by ataxia. We want to specifically target social isolation and improve people’s emotional wellbeing. This is part of our wider In Control Project.

Please have a look at our current volunteering opportunities and send an interest form to get started on your volunteer journey. You can register your interest by filling out our volunteering form further down this page or by emailing us at volunteer@ataxia.org.uk.

If you have any further queries please contact the Services Team directly on volunteering@ataxia.org.uk

We look forward to hearing from you!
