Dom Joly is a multi-award winning television comedian, journalist and travel writer. He is best known for his hit series Trigger Happy TV: a larger-than-life hidden camera show, which received critical acclaim and went on to be sold to over 70 countries worldwide.

Dom has written columns for a number of broadsheets and tabloids throughout his career, including a 15-year stint as a columnist at the Independent. He now writes a weekly column for the Metro and has a variety of exciting current and upcoming projects, including a new series of Trigger Happy TV.

Since a close family friend was diagnosed with Friedreich’s ataxia in 2017, Dom has lent his support to Ataxia UK. He has voiced an eagerness to help increase awareness of the ataxias and we are excited to work with him to this end.
