Do you want to learn about what gene therapy is, or what the future of gene therapy research may bring? Euro-ataxia, with support from Ataxia UK, will be hosting an educational webinar on gene therapy. Dr Federica Pilotto, an expert in gene therapy, will deliver a presentation and a Q&A session. This is one of the patient engagement activities we are arranging, as members of Euro-ataxia, for the TREAT-ARCA project. The TREAT-ARCA project aims to advance research into specific ataxias (ARSACS and COQ8A-ataxia). However, this webinar will be a general talk, relevant for all types of genetic ataxia.Â
