Prudential Ride London-Surrey 46 and 100

Which will you take on?

Take part in one of the most prestigious and eye-catching cycle routes in the UK by grabbing one of our places in the Prudential Ride London-Surrey 46 or 100.

On Sunday 16 August, the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46 and 100 are returning... and #TeamAtaxiaUK will be there at the starting line. With challenging climbs and a route made famous by the world’s best cyclists at the London 2012 Olympics, it's a truly spectacular event. Will you join us, and cycle for a cure?

The route

Starting in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park at 9am, #TeamAtaxiaUK will be flying down closed roads through the capital and into Surrey’s stunning countryside, before heading for a spectacular finish along the Thames to the Pall Mall.

Choose from the Prudential 100 or for a more inclusive ride, join the Prudential 46 where trikes and handcycles are welcome as well as road and mountain bikes. Newer and younger cyclists will find the 46 a great first sportive to take on!

One of our riders from 2018's race said: “it’s been a privilege to be on this journey with all of you. This is a worthy cause. I’m one of you now, for as long as I’m able.”

Supporting people with ataxia; supporting you

Joining our team will not only mean you're helping fund a cure for ataxia, but raising awareness of it, too. Our riders get a free t-shirt and an exclusive discount on our cycling jerseys: wear one on the track and get the word 'ataxia' out there.

You'll also receive specialist support and advice from our dedicated fundraising team, from your first to final pedal, and an Ataxia UK medal to boot!
