Join Andrew Downie, Ataxia UK Trustee, and the South Downs Support Group on a beautiful cycle ride through the South Downs National Park in May.

This grand cycling event is now in its seventh year, taking riders over the glorious South Downs and winding their way through the sublime English countryside, while raising funds for Ataxia UK. Entries are now open!

There are two rides to choose from: the 100km-route climbs the South Downs, while the 11km-route winds its way through local villages. The latter route is designed for less-experienced cyclists, children and those with disabilities (the event has seen seven riders with ataxia on hand-bikes and tandems), and can be tackled with laps.

As it's a fundraising event, there's a small entry fee of £20 for adults and £10 for kids (which includes lunch), and Andy asks that all participants to try and fundraise at least £100 for Ataxia UK.
