In accordance with the latest Government guidance, all airfields will be operating with the following measures so that you can skydive safely: So now you can book this once in a lifetime challenge - jump over 10,000 ft – and raise crucial funds for supporting people with ataxia and funding medical research. Imagine standing at the edge of an open doorway in an aircraft flying at 10,000 feet. The noise of the engines. The wind ringing in your ears. Only the outline of distant fields below. Now imagine leaning out and letting go – falling into the clouds – flying through the air as you free-fall at over 120mphm, and getting the high of raising money for a vital cause. You do not need any advanced formal training to take part in a skydive: you'll be strapped to a fully qualified instructor (tandem skydive) who'll lead you through the day. You can even take part with friends - let us know if you want to jump with others and we will advise you on the next steps! A tandem skydive is the most popular type of jump. You can either fund this yourself, or the cost of your jump will come out of your fundraising if you raise a minimum of £395 to £450 (depending on the location of the skydive). What is included?
