We meet once a month at Revive Scotland, Unit 16, Chapel Street Industrial Estate, Maryhill from 1.30 to 4pm. We enjoy talking, discussing and giving support to one another, not forgetting the tea and biscuits!

The Alona Hotel in Strathclyde Park on 4th April was attended by about 28 people from the West of Scotland Branch & the Edinburgh branch. A good time was had by all.
Our Christmas meeting on December 14th 2008 was an Extraordinary General Meeting. Anne Green stepped down as chairman due to health reasons. Anne had been the chairman since the birth of the Branch in the Summer 2003. She was commended and thanked for all her hard work over the years. Harriet Bonney was appointed as the new Chairperson.
Meetings
Our next meeting is on 10th May at Revive Centre Maryhill. It is also our AGM.
Fundraising Events
Catherine and Kirsty McPake held a charity night in aid of Ataxia UK at Smiths Bar in Coatbridge on December 28th 2008. There was Karaoke, bands, a raffle and a buffet. A few members of the Branch attended and a good time was had by all. They raised a fantastic sum of £900. A huge thank-you to everyone who helped raise that money.
Kate McCool will be doing the 10 mile run in Glasgow with daughter Joanna & friends on the 10th of May
