The Jerry Farr Travel Fellowship

The deadline for applications to this year’s Jerry Farr fund is 23 April. This is a chance for someone with ataxia to win the trip of a lifetime. Last year’s winner, Geraint Williams (left), will be taking his young fam
ily on a tour of the US this summer. And in 2010 Toyah Wordsworth went on an amazing trip to India and New Zealand.
Win up to £6,500
This year it could be you! If you have an idea for a dream trip you would like to take, and you have ataxia, apply now for the opportunity to travel the world. You could win up to £3,500 for yourself, or up £6,500 if you’ll be accompanied by a carer.
The Fellowship has been generously funded by the friends and family of Jerry Farr, pictured above left. Jerry had Friedreich’s ataxia and passed away in 2007, but lived a very full life and enjoyed travelling all over the world.
